The WyoTech Scholarship Foundation partners with donors to provide tuition scholarships to exceptional students attending training programs in transportation service at WyoTech schools.
Too often, the cost of technical education deters young people from considering a career in the transportation service field. We aim to help those motivated individuals who want to obtain the education they need by offering academic scholarships to any of WyoTech's transportation service programs. We are able to do this through the generous support of transportation service leaders, individuals who believe in the value of vocational education, and organizations that support the future of the transportation service industry.
The WyoTech Scholarship Foundation is an independent, 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is entirely supported by tax-deductibe donations. We are governed by an independent Board of Directors who oversee our fundraising and scholarship granting endeavors. Since its founding in 1999, the WyoTech Scholarship Foundation has awarded over $3.6 million in academic scholarships.
We at the WyoTech Scholarship Foundation believe that:

Education and career training are two of the most valuable investments any individual can make in his/her future.
Vocational education provides a practical route to economic independence, career fulfillment, and self-actualization for many individuals who would otherwise be trapped in a cycle of dead-end jobs and poverty.
A WyoTech Scholarship Foundation scholarship can help students realize their dreams of becoming successful in life: as technicians, managers, service writers, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
Our scholarship programs reinforce the qualities that employers look for: a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, commitment to personal excellence, and professional-level job performance.
Donors and volunteers make our mission possible.
Dale Eslinger, Executive Director
Dale Eslinger was hired as the WSF's first Executive Director in 2001 and has been with the organization ever since. He works closely with both the Board of Directors and the organization's Advisory Board to connect with potential donors for the WSF's scholarship programs. Dale's favorite part of his job is meeting with scholarship recipients, however, and he is always first in line to congratulate the students who recieve our awards.
Amber Holen, Assistant Director
Amber Holen oversees the WSF's day-to-day operations while also managing the organization's scholarship programs. Like Dale, she has been with the WSF since 2001. Her favorite part of her job is connecting scholarship recipients with the donors who made their awards possible.
Chanda Ziegler, Marketing Coordinator
Chanda Ziegler manages all of the WSF's marketing needs, including public relations, on-line fundraising, and social networking. After a long career with WyoTech's marketing department, Chanda took some time off to spend with her family and joined the WSF in May of 2011. She is thrilled to be working with WyoTech students again and says her favorite part of her job is hearing from scholarship recipients about how much their scholarships have helped.
Julie Flint, Administrative Assistant
Julie Flint joined the WSF in October of 2011 and assists the entire staff in making sure the day-to-day business of the office runs smoothly.

WyoTech schools provide specialized career training in Automotive, Diesel, Motorcycle, Marine, and Collision & Refinishing technologies.
WyoTech training programs incorporate professionalism, modeling both the technical skills and non-technical "soft skills" employers expect in the workplace. Students wear uniforms, adhere to shop safety protocol, are graded on timliness and attendance, and develop leadership experience.
Students come from across the US and graduates are at work around the world. Campuses are located from coat to coast: Pennsylvania, Florida, Wyoming, and California.
